Work From Home

At Angi, we offer a hybrid working arrangement for all teams. Research shows that employees who are given flexibility in work location feel valued, are measurably more productive, and retain better. Team members can work primarily from home or another remote location (subject to some legal & regulatory limitations.) Some departments and teams will continue to meet and work from the office on more regular cadences, based on the needs of the team and department. We believe it is important to maintain in-person connections; To that end, we invest in opportunites for teams to meet in person throughout the year.

Hybrid working arrangements may differ depending on the nature of each role, responsibilities, team location and the suitability of the remote working environment. As such, they are discretionary and subject to agreement with each department head. It's expected that team members have the necessary technology & workspace when working remotely.
