Very good overall. Be smart about it & max it out. The company will match a nice percentage. Take advantage of this perk & be sure to ask if there's more for your particular department. You get to take it with you when you leave, which you will.

You have to be there 3 years or more to get the money out of the 401K

Limited options to invest money while it is in their plan. Very difficult to take money out when you leave.
