Paid Holidays

This is a joke and they need to do better.

You're only given off 6 federal holidays. If Christmas Eve were on a weekday expect to work. You have to come back to work the day after Thanksgiving on Black Friday. CEO takes off all Jewish holidays but expects you to be there.

I grew up when people used to get paid holiday, personal days and sick days. This PTO is a punishment due to the younger generation who do not have good work ethics and abuse paid days off. So far, my PTO has not kicked in due to companies now requiring a signature to opt in for PTO, and sometimes companies forget to give the paperwork to initialize the starting of PTO.
