To provide all employees and their families with the most suitable coverage, Apollo offers a dental plan through UnitedHealthcare (UHC). The plan pays for preventive services without requiring a deductible and without applying toward your plan annual maximum. The plan includes exams, X-rays, cleanings, and fillings. It also includes coverage for major services including crowns and bridges. The plan allows you to see the dentist or specialist of your choice, but you will receive the greatest benefit when you use UHC participating providers who have agreed to accept a negotiated rate as payment. It is not necessary to file claim forms when visiting an in-network provider. The provider will handle all of your paperwork.
