As a single person I pay approx $90 a month for full coverage. After that services are paid at 100% (not including copays) if services are done at ARH facilities. Unfortunately, ARH does not offer all specialist services so you are forced to go out of network which is very costly. You have to pay a deductible & 20% of all services out of network.
