Again benefits are fantastic. Low out of pocket cost for high coverage. 2 people runs me roughly $300 a month with full benefits. Low co-pays and a lot of provider freedom is nice.

There are just a few health insurance options available for part- and full-time employees. PPO + HMO plans are available.

High deductible with an HSA is good for young employees. I liked that it kicked in immediately.

It was bar-none the best healthcare options I've been around. I used their PPO Plus, which I only had $300 maximum out of pocket. Costs for birthing a child were minimal, and we're very appreciative for it. However, many employees call this healthcare plan "the golden handcuffs" as it's a big reason unhappy employees don't move on from the company.
