I saved about $200/month when I signed up for me and my spouse on Apple's plan versus the plan we were on for their job.

Apple health insurance is awesome. You can add a partner (same-sex too) even if you're not legally married. I believe if you can prove that you've been together 6months or longer. I don't remember having to prove anything though.

Pretty great health plan. I accidentally got hurt at work and they covered all medical treatment including physical therapy and meds via their workers compensation and disability package.

Its is better than average is cost, and about average in coverage.
