Obviously not a pension, but a standard 401k/retirement package.

Apple's contribution to 401k is minimal, don't expect to retire well with what Apple helps you with.

The retirement plan seems pretty standard, you can contribute as much as you can afford put to the federal max, the choices for investments are limited but very low cost. You also have the option to manage your own investments if you prefer.
