poor PTO benefits compared to others

Vacation policy is very very bad . 1st year you get only 6 hr every month. That means only 9 days / y. Working hour is very strict and no flexibility. You cannot leave before 6 even if you come early . Managers are very cruel . Even for anything if you want to leave 30 min early they will tell you to take PTO though others days you may have worked 9-10 hr .

One of the better PTO practice with potential accrual up to 4 weeks. Unpaid vacation may be cashed out at the end of the year.
