It goes up and down with the economy

Quarterly bonus, unsure of how it’s determined but also depends of how the company does.

Best.... some of my co workers are nice Worst... everything else. Avoid at all costs. Alcoa was a preeminent employer that people could retire from. Arconic is just another factory job. Stockholders dictate the environment in which you are rarely, if ever considered. Prepare to feel expendable.

If you are in the right role, you make out. Not so for lower positions.

There is a performance bonus system for the workers to earn. Points can be exchanged with stuffs. However ,there is non for the administration team. No incentives or punishment system.
