Certain procedures are not covered at all. 100% to the employee. If you have any dental issues I would highly recommend a supplemental dental coverage. Average maximum coverage amount. Decent coverage on standard checkups.

It is OK for basic stuff (cleanings, exams ect) doesn't cover much for major dental procedures(crowns, root canal, ect.)
