Hybrid

With at least one month of tenure, employees may work in a hybrid capacity as long as their responsibilities can be fulfilled, at least partially, outside of an Arora office or client site. The majority of Arora employees are categorized as hybrid. Eligible employees are required to work in an Arora office for a minimum of three days per week. An employee’s schedule is approved by their supervisor.

Full-Time Remote

While less common, these employees are those whose responsibilities can be fulfilled completely remotely, outside of an Arora office or client site. Typically, this decision is based on geographic location to an Arora office or client site.
