Apprenticeship Program

Arrow has developed two 6 week academies for professionals looking to enter the industry. These are paid training programs. The Pest Control Sesrvice Professional and Customer Care Academies are based out of our National Training Center in Woodstock, GA. Those selected for this program will participate in classroom and On-the-Job training. Those attending the Pest Control Academy will learn everything they need to know to be a successful Pest Control Technician and will graduate as a registered technician. Those graduating from the Customer Care Academy will learn all the technologies and techniques required to be exceptional customer care reps. They too will have the opportunity to obtain their state registration.
