Benefits are really truly amazing

They prove you with Cigna insurance. They have great benefits. That's what I miss most about working for them.

Let's be honest, the health insurance world isn't a great place. However, Arrow does everything they can to help to not pass down insurance premium costs to their team members by paying millions from their own pocket. There are so many options, many of which are at minimal costs to the employee.

The meetings every year on how to cut back what you should or shouldn't use the insurance for. Also no mental health coverage.

It's expensive and they really preach not to go to the ER for young kids in the middle of the night with ear infections and little things that can wait till the next day. Bereavement you will only get if they think the person that passed away was close enough.

Cigna is way overpriced for what you get. They fight tooth and nail on every single claim and the coverage is awful.

Two plans to choose from. Prices had not risen significantly over the past few years.

It costs a lot of money for the family plan.
