Arthrex themselves: you will be automatically enrolled at a rate of 4%. This plan allows for the employer to contribute a 401(k) match based upon years of service at a rate of: 60% match on your first 6% withheld for years 0-2, 70% for years 2-3, 80% for years 3-4, 90% for years 4-5 and 100% for 5 plus years. Employer contributions are vested at increments of 20% per year until you become fully vested. The retirement savings plan has both a pre-tax 401(k) option and a Roth 401(k) post-tax option I think that's pretty good, maybe the norm, I don't know much about 401ks though. I prefer Roth IRAs, Index funds, and other investment methods over 401ks.
