Performance Bonus

As a valued employee of Arup, we share in the success of the Firm by receiving a bonus. The Bonus program is our unique way to recognize and reward eligible employees for the combined success we achieve through our collaboration and diversity of talent. It is linked to the profitability of the firm and reinforces the global nature of our business with our employees sharing in the success of the firm. Payment for eligible employeesis entirely discretionary and dependent on the financial performance of the firm as a whole for the preceding financial period.
