Work From Home

Pretty standard- a very few are almost never in the office and would have 1.5 hour or longer commutes, Hotelling desks are common but to secure a fixed desk, a 3-day commitment is required. Leadership (Grades 7 through 9 of nine grades) tend to be in the office more, but in all fairness many are in 5 days per week at all grades.

It is great to have flexibility.

Hybrid in office and WFH arrangement is accommodating. In-office attendance is encouraged and incentivized, but not rigidely monitored.
