Good health insurance, nothing over the top but reasonable employee cost.

Their HSA is top notch. It's through HSA bank & investment options are through TD-Ameritrade. They only put in a few hundreds dollars once a year, which is way below the competition.
The other options, a PPA through BCBS is ok. Nothing special.
