Many positions offer remote work options.

Wonderful perk as it allowed me to have a good work-life balance

A large portion of the company is permanently remote. For those who work near an office, they are still able to work from home a few days per week.

They have a hybrid work from home model

Very flexible work from home policy. Hybrid work model for all. Staff are in the office on days that they choose.

Ascend has a lot of remote employees across the country and probably one of the better employers to give you the opportunity to work at home when the need arises. This doesn't work for all departments but Ascend is flexible with working from home.

Only management can work from home, despite their being ample business need. If you are one of these few, they will make an exception for you. If not, they will not accommodate telecommute despite there being no reason not to allow it.

Amazing flexibility. I don't work from home often because I love the team and office but I can if I ever need to.
