of your eligible initiation fees, membership dues (team
member must be enrolled), fitness equipment and virtual
resource expenses up to a maximum of $200 per quarter.
Additionally, we’ve expanded the Fitness Reimbursement
program to include home fitness equipment, athletic event
employee participation fees, mental health apps, and online
or on-demand workout classes
