no longer allow carry over of sick days that are not used, which is disappointing for those that do not abuse sick time. If you have a major illness like Cancer, you don't have years worth of accrual anymore...40 hours is max and then goes to disabilty

They offer quite a few sick days, but they can be hard to use if you work for a grocery store location since your branch always runs with a lean staff.
