The employee discount was actually ok, but everything else about the job sucked.

The employee discount is the best thing this company has to offer. 25% for employees. This can be extended to immediate family members as well. Discount applies to sale and clearance merchandise as well. There is one time (near the holidays) where the discount is increased to 50% as an incentive for employees to do their Christmas shopping at AT HOME.

You get a 25% discount on regular, sale, and clearance items. In my honest opinion, this is one of the best discounts I have seen in retail.

Frequent onsite Sample Sales that allow employees to purchase sample inventory. Employees and their families (parents, inlaws, immediate family) receive a store discount.

You can use your discount on any item in the stores and they even allow you to share the discount with family members.

The best thing is most places only offer 10 percent but Athome offers 25 percent off!
