Best thing about the employee discount is that it makes the merchandise a really good price and you get to use the discount card at all of the GAP brand stores. i.e. GAP, Gap Factory, Banana Republic, Banana Republic Outlet, Old Navy and Athleta. The worst thing about the employee discount is that you only get 50% off at Athleta if you work at Athleta. If you work at any of the other brand stores then your discount is significantly lowered to half.
