This is VERY difficult to obtain and deal with if you are out for any reason. The company you have to speak with is in New York and they are extremely short tempered and rude. Also, Atlas Copco HR is little to NO help as they just give you 800 Numbers or websites - and you can imagine how much you feel like following that process if you are just coming out of surgery. Atlas Copco HR is often UN-approachable and projects that they cannot be bothered. Thus, when you ask for assistance on anything you get an 800 Number to call.
