Excellent in the are of Professional Development, there are so many online training courses that are provided by the company, plus they are connected to LinkedIn Learning. In addition to in-classroom training which is generally well put together, especially by our Group in Sweden.

When a person is hired there is little to no training it is "baptism by fire". The person is given the basic (if they are lucky) and expected to complete their job without errors. There is no time or effort made for a person's Professional development. Everyone is just trying to keep their head above water.
