401K isn't great, average, minimal to no matching.

Not a good 401k matching policy. One has to be in payroll on December 31st to eligible to receive 50% of first 6% contribution to 401k plan in January of following year. If someone worked for the whole year and is laid off on December 31st or earlier,get 0 matching 401k $ regardless of number years of services with Atos

Company does a percentage match, but who knows what will happen with restructuring

Was okay 2% match but 10 year tenure before you could keep that

Provides matching contribution paid yearly
