Earlier plan was really good but now plan is very costly for married employees. For single not to worry. Single will pay 85 per month in PPO compare to 450 for families in PPO. It does have other two plan HDHS 1 and 2. Usually family people go with that plan.

Not really a good Health insurance. Employee has to pay min 2000$ to 4000$ as deductibles depending on the 3 coverage plans. After the deductible employee has to pay 20% as co-pay.

The plan is really bad, that you need to pay $100 per visit to hospital even after you pay a premium of $135 per month towards health insurance.
