Good choices on health care

The health insurance is terrible! They only offer one company and the deductibles are outrageous!! The copays suck as well. You do get an employee discount which is nice, but you can only use it on yourself and the people you claim on your taxes. PTO does not start until you are there for a year. Only paid certain holidays. We do get discounts outside of work through an app.

Maternity is a nightmare, you have to fight and threaten to sue in order to even get instructions on how to properly apply. Upper management is no help.
