After 1 year you get 40 hrs PTO but I feel like I should be able to accumulate PTO after ur 90 days since most days are extremely long hours

I would've at least given it 4 stars but unless you work for Regional Office or Corporate Office in Memphis, you have to get permission to take your vacation, 8 out of 10 times you're not taking it whenever you want.
