I would say decent. Hard to use because of there staffing issues. They do not wanna pay for good people.

After 1 year you get 40 hrs PTO but I feel like I should be able to accumulate PTO after ur 90 days since most days are extremely long hours

Start out first year with only one week vacation unless you negotiate for more, which they will do.

Good PTO especially over 20 years. 5 weeks over 20.

I would've at least given it 4 stars but unless you work for Regional Office or Corporate Office in Memphis, you have to get permission to take your vacation, 8 out of 10 times you're not taking it whenever you want.

After 1 year you will start to obtain PTO. 40 hours starting off. What is that?
