Best - annual biometric discounts, premiums aren’t cheap but aren’t horrible compared to other local employers
Worst - Aetna is an awful insurer, the worst we’ve ever had. So much care denied & forced to pay out of pocket instead. So the return on the premiums is awful. Much prefer Anthem or Blue Shield PPO
