Personally I never really had to make use of the health care insurance so I have been lucky, but from what I could tell, it looks good.

Expensive health insurance benefit by comparison to employee cost at other companies. They keep employee contribution costs flat year over year by over-charging the employee side contribution costs early so that the rising costs of health care aren't felt as much by the employee year over year.

Bad: High deductible. Not good on coverage. Good: company covers a good portion of the semi-monthly cost.

Standard health insurance offerings as well as dental and vision

Cost was too high, coverage just ok

Average not great PPO or HMO plan below industry average in terms of benefits.

Very average insurance. High premiums for adequate coverage. Really would expect more out of a company nowadays.
