No 401K match, there is a pension but it has been stripped heavily in the past couple years with the new CEO. No it is around 4% of your pay.

Avnet offers a pension, which is not common anymore. Effective January 1, 2017 the company reduced its contribution to a flat 4% after you have given three years of service. However, the opinion of several people is that Avnet will eventually freeze the pension and do without it. The 401K plan does not include a company match.

They offer 401k through fidelity but it's not matching and at my age I can only put in 5500 max a year. I'll never retire at that rate! Wish they'd bring matching back. They used to do a small bonus out after profitable quarters but we don't get that any more either.
