Job Training

On the new hire’s first day, we provide them with a “buddy.” A buddy is an experienced employee who acts a resource and guide during the new hire’s first week. New hires also take part in our robust one-week Onboarding program (with lots of team building and fun activities at the end of each day) and a check-in somewhere between 60 and 90 days post-hire to ensure the person feels comfortable in their new role.

New hires get an indepth classroom and on-the-job training depening on the complexity of the job. Regardless of the job, the methodology is robust and regularly measured for effectiveness.
