Volunteer Time Off

Social responsibility is a key component of our sustainability work. As a market leader, we have the opportunity to make an impact globally, and we share this position with all employees so they can make an impact in their local communities. We offer employees 8 hours of paid social responsibility time each year to volunteer in their community for a cause of their choice. Examples of volunteerism include volunteering at local food banks, animal welfare shelters, family shelters, senior adult facilities, special needs organizations and more.
