Very flexible working hours assignment allowing. Many positions do not track vacation days at all. This is balanced by the need to be available at all times however.

Three weeks starting, four after 5 years employment. Three floating holidays to make up for mandatory shut down between Christmas and New Year. All major holidays observed.

3 weeks to start, with 3 floating holidays. Increases to 4 weeks after 5 years.

Only one week after a year. Many corporations give 2 or 3 weeks.

Negotiated higher number of vacation days when I was hired. No carry over of vacation days, but no one really tracked how many days you used because you always worked crazy hours. As long as the work was getting done and you didn't abuse the system, you were good to go.
