Thankfully don't have to use it here -- not as good as other banks I've worked for. Some paid time off but only after you've used all sick and vacation time. Better than other banks I've worked for.

I have no children, but they offered maternity leave. My understanding was that it is a fair plan. You can also accrue extra days somehow but I never knew the exact details on this benefit.
