Good coverage overall. Not the best coverage in the world, but certainly not the worst either.

Mid priced with decent coverage.

Not the best coverage I have had in all of my jobs, but it is better to be covered than not.

BD is a high performing company and healthcare has simply been too expensive. They have had to react to all the changes in the healthcare space (e.g. Obamacare). Your contribution rates will increase the higher your salary is. Overall though, a good program in my view.

It has become expensive, although the coverage is good.

No Kaiser Permanente in the Bay area?? expensive to the employee, bad vesting schedules, no equity at offer.

ti dont really know much about the health insurance benefits for bd, but hearing from others i was told they have good health insurance benefits. I didnt enjoy any of that as a contractor .

They only offer one plan with a very high deductible. If you have chronic conditions, it can be very expensive.

Good plan, 3 different for health, dental and pharmacy
