If approved this can be a great way to offset higher costs. I've mostly seen this used for post-graduate education. Not sure how widespread the availability is among all employees.

BD says they have this... but don't you dare request it... there is no money to back it up and it's uphill to get reimbursed. If your major includes a course that is not related to work duties, it won't be covered.. horrible!!
