Health insurance is good for single person, seems a little expensive for family of 2.

PPO is the only plan offered, it's inexpensive but also not great in our area.

Health insurance was far more expensive than from other companies in the area. While they evaluated the plans every year, rarely were changes made. Instead, the price went up every year, and it felt like the company wasn't helping employees by kicking in a reasonable amount to help cover. It's pretty silly to make $100K but not be able to afford to cover a spouse or family. Jay Deutsch could have kicked in more to supplement employee coverage.
