Premera does there best not to pay out and is constant battle with the available health networks in WA State. Colonoscopies, mammograms and other maintenance preventative procedures it claims are free... are not. You will be billed for hundreds of dollars for on schedule, in network procedures.

Cost is very good and affordable

High deductible plans are through Premera, which is nice in WA. But cost for a family is very high even with high deductible, close to $1000 a month - pretty insane. To their credit, they do give a $2000 HSA family contribution, which helps.

Pharmacy copay is often $0
