Used to have Pension, now replaced with "401k Plus!"... which is a very cheap and low-benefit to anyone wanting to stay long-term. It was optimized for the execs and people who leave after 3 years.

BECU offers a separate pension plan for employees, which vests after 5 years of employment. The credit union is one of the top 3 in the US and pretty healthy financially in 2024, so pension seems like as good a bet as there is outside of government.
