PTO is pretty good with 25 days being the max.

BMC offers 2 weeks for up to 5 years of service. Holidays are based on country holidays but for US they are standard. There are also 3 floater days included. Time off for volunteer services are allowed. Unlimited sick time

Very flexible but flexibility is also dependent on job function and responsibilities. For instance, if you support Quarter End, one obviously doesn't have flexibility as others who don't during that period.
