401k matching is a nice perk

Good Plan with a 6% salary match.

Pretty decent 401k plan. They don’t match more than other places I’ve worked but still a great program.

The company contributes 3% whether or not you choose to contribute, no other matching

Generous matching - hard to find benefit

401K is a % of salary, not just a % of contribution, which is nice.

It's through Paychex, which is a mediocre payroll provider, so you can imagine how good they are at doing a 401k. Sometimes web access works, and sometimes it doesn't. The investment choices seem OK, but they make it hard to track actual performance, and your money sits in some kind of limbo for a few days after payday.
