Employer Match Backstop will match 100% on the first 3% of your compensation you elect to contribute to the plan.
Vesting If you leave BSG for any other reason, you will be vested in your Matching Contributions Account according to the following schedule: Years of Services at Termination Vesting % Less than 1 year, 0% At least 1, but less than 2, 50% At least 2 but less than 3, 75% 3 or more, 100%

Mediocre plan. Expense ratio for index funds is way too high - like 71 basis points for a S&P500 index funds. That's insane.
