We offer a more traditional leave option for mothers or fathers who are the primary caregivers of their newborns or newly adopted children. We also provide a flexible caregiver option for those who need flexibility so they can coordinate or off-set their leave benefits with the other caregiver in their family.

It's really competitive and excellent. I almost never hear of this length of maternity leave in the US.

Leave is staggered so there are 3-4 full months off and another 2-3 months of part-time off which is a phenomenal for parents of newborn babies.

Full coverage up to six months. Even at the end of the six months, you are eased in with half days. One of the best benefits offered.

I've never had children, but a few of my colleagues have. I believe it's 12 weeks paid and then depending on time served you can also use additional PTO. Men get a week of paternity leave, I believe, which can also be supplemented with PTO. Overall I think this is pretty reasonable.
