The benefit programs will not help you if you are a housekeeping

Cigna Behavioral, confidential, and reasonably priced. Very helpful with special needs children.

EAP is available which gives you free counseling sessions per subject. This is a great benefit.

Not great. The people available to talk to in an emergency are minimally adequate at best. Otherwise, if you are looking for practitioners in your health plan, they will e-mail you a list. Usually, most do not take new patients.
