Best = Paid Worse = inconsistency of what is said in training and the "real world" of Bashas'

The cramped room that the training is conducted in is very uncomfortable for the time that is required to spend in there. However the person that did the training was very kind and pleasant to be around. She is very professional and considerate. She listens and answers each question asked. The in store training in the department I started in was very un professional, not much is explained and you dont get much practice before you are expected to know how to do everything correctly, I felt as though there was to many different thing being thrown at you so fast it was very difficult to process before another group of job requirments was shoved down my throat.
