Medications are a bit expensive with it

The insurance is good when in Illinois only.

The Health Insurance is great for employees

GREAT healthcare plan. Best in any company I worked for. They have BCBS which is comprehensive. It has a deductible...HOWEVER, the company has an HSA account for all employees they fund with tax-free dollars that covers the cost of your deductible. So, in essence, no out-of-pocket and you get to keep the HSA dollars in your account if you ever leave (although not sure why I would...).

Great rates + HSA card that Centro contributes $2K each year.

It's expensive, but has great coverage
