WORST PART!!-there isn't really a discount the discount you get is only on bass pro shop products any other brand you get a whopping 5% discount but that is super seated because Bass Pro Shops marks everything up 20% higher than any other store so you pay more and even with your discount you almost pay the same you would with other companies they're the worst discount in the industry I could go on best part??- it's a discount an it's 50% but really like 25% with BPS price gouging

Best thing about the discount is getting up to 60% off.

All good they are up there

50% off their brand and 15% off other brands. Sometimes extra discounts.

There are no complaints regarding employee discount. It is very generous
