Sick days come out of PTO as do holidays. PTO accrual is based on years of service. As a nurse, its nice to work for a company who will help cover shifts so you don't have to burn all your PTO.

Good , if you are sick and can't come in to work , there's no problem if you need to take care of yourself to get back to work and be able to function at work.
